Early access to the new Client Portal
How to participate
Over the next couple of releases, Kaseya is rolling out a new user interface for the Client Portal A branded web portal through which you and your service providers can collaborate on tickets and projects.. Service providers can participate in an early access program and make the new features available to some or all of their customers. If you are interested, please contact our staff or create a ticket in the current Client Portal and request access.
Accessing the new Client Portal
Once enabled, you will see a button in the navigation bar of the Client Portal: Try Client Portal Early Access.
When you click on this button, the new Client Portal UI will open.
You will only see the elements and areas that are available in the new interface. At the moment, functionality is limited, but the features that are available are at the core of what the Client Portal is about, and they provide a very easy and streamlined user experience. You can:
- Set the language you want to use for the new Client Portal. Refer to Selecting a language for the new Client Portal.
- View the list of your open tickets. Refer to The Tickets list views.
- Create a new ticket. Creating a ticket in the new Client Portal.
- View and work on individual open tickets. Refer to Viewing and working on a Ticket.
- If you have permission to view invoices:
- View a list of invoices you received from your service provider over the last three months. Refer to The Invoices list view.
- Open and view individual invoices. Refer to Invoice details.
- If Payment Processing is enabled, pay an invoice right from the Client Portal. Refer to Making a payment on an invoice.
Returning to the current Client Portal
To return to the current Client Portal, click the dropdown control for your user account and select Back to Legacy Client Portal.
NOTE This option is only available if your service provider made the legacy portal available to you.
