Viewing or editing your profile
SECURITY All users assigned a system security level. This permission may be disabled for custom security levels.
NAVIGATION > My Settings > Edit Profile
IMPORTANT The information you enter in your profile is also visible in our service provider database.
All users assigned a system security level can view and edit their Client Portal A branded web portal through which you and your service providers can collaborate on tickets and projects. user profile, and view the permissions included with their assigned security level.
To view or edit your profile, do the following:
- Click the Edit Profile Your personal and contact information in Autotask and, if enabled, your personal postings to the internal news feed. link in the My Settings drop-down menu in the top right corner of the Client Portal.
- Review and edit your profile information. Remember that fields with a red asterisk are required.
- Scroll down to view your security level permissions. For information about individual permissions, refer to Security level settings.
- Click Save and Close.
