Ticket report

SECURITY  Any user who can see all tickets for their organization can access this report.

NAVIGATION   > Reports > Ticket Report

The Ticket Report lets you report on all tickets in your Client Portal, both internal Taskfire tickets and tickets that were created by or transferred to the service provider. You have a great deal of control over how the tickets will be filtered and sorted, and which columns will be displayed.

NOTE  The Ticket Report does not include Ticket Notes.
