Taskfire only: editing a ticket

SECURITY  Users with a Taskfire security level can edit tickets that are being worked on by their internal help desk

NAVIGATION   > Tickets > Ticket Search > Open a ticket and click Edit

To edit a ticket, do the following:

  1. Click Edit. The ticket changes to Edit mode.
  2. Make the required changes. For a list of ticket fields that can be edited, refer to Ticket Fields.
  3. Save the ticket.
