Taskfire only: editing a ticket
SECURITY Users with a Taskfire security level can edit tickets that are being worked on by their internal help desk
NAVIGATION > Tickets > Ticket Search > Open a ticket and click Edit
When you create a ticket and assign it to your internal help desk, a number of fields remain editable as long as
- you have a Taskfire An extension of the Client Portal that lets you manage your own internal help desk. security level.
- the ticket was created after Taskfire was enabled for your Client Portal A branded web portal through which you and your service providers can collaborate on tickets and projects..
- the ticket status is not equal to Complete.
To edit a ticket, do the following:
- Click Edit. The ticket changes to Edit mode.
- Make the required changes. For a list of ticket fields that can be edited, refer to Ticket Fields.
- Save the ticket.
